Iznācis jaunais Depeche Mode albums "Playing The Angel". Tas ir pirmais jaunu materiālu saturošais DM studijas albums kopš "Exciter" 2001. gadā.

Jaunajā albumā iekļautas 12 dziesmas – deviņas (arī pirmo singlu Precious) sacerējis Martins L. Gors, trīs - Deivs Gāns, Kristians Eigners un Endrū Flipots. Dziesmas John The Revelator pamatā izmantota klasiska tāda paša nosaukuma blūza tēma.

Albuma producenti ir Depeche Mode un Bens Hiljers (Elbow, Doves, Blur), bukletā ievietoti Antona Korbina fotoattēli.

Albums pieejams standarta CD versijā, kā arī limitētā SACD formāta izdevumā, kas papildināts ar bonus DVD.
